This cup wheel has been designed for the specific task of grinding and polishing the spherical faces of taper rollers for tapered bearings. It features a special proprietary bonded 2-zone epoxy bond: the inner zone is for grinding and the outer zone for polishing.

Kerry Abrasives wheel lasts longer, needs less frequent dressing and gives an excellent finish for the same stock removal. Cups come with appropriate inserted nuts for easy mounting , most commonly on Modler machines. The predetermined concave shape gives the work piece the required form, as per customer specification.
